We have launched our new telephone system following feedback received.  Our main number (01592 61064) has not changed , however, we no longer have options to choose from.  You will be placed into a queue (if the lines are busy) and may be given the option to receive a call back.  The call back option will keep your place in the queue and automatically call you back when you reach the front of it.  Please note if you choose this option the system will only call back once and if you do not answer you will need to call us again and be placed back into the queue.

As we no longer have the options to choose from we have two direct line numbers: one for prescription queries and one for results.  These two numbers are:

• Prescription Queries Line – 01592 809777 (available Monday to Friday between 10.00 am and 12 noon and 2.00 pm and 4.00 pm)
• Results Line – 01592 809779 (available Monday to Friday between 3.00 pm and 5.30 pm)
