Ordering your Prescription

Patients are able to order their prescriptions with us in various ways;

• Via Patient Access - this is an online ordering system which feeds directly into the clinic system and is the easiest way to order your medication.  To be able to use Patient Access you will need to register with a unique code.  To get a code, please contact the Practice and we will help you to do this.  
• Via Email - you can send an email to our dedicated Prescription email address - fife.f21454prescriptions@nhs.scot
• Your chosen Pharmacy - if you ask your Pharmacy to order your prescrption, they will send us the request.  Please note this way of ordering your prescriptions can take longer than ordering it direct with us.  Prior to using this service, please check with your chosen Pharmacy to confirm their process for ordering prescriptions via them, as this is different Pharmacy to Pharmacy.

Please note we do not currently take prescription requests over the telephone.  We do, however, have dedicated prescription line for any queries - 01592 809777.
