Patients on regular treatment will normally be issued with a computer-generated repeat prescription slip which can be used to re-order medication.
You can post or hand in your slip to us and if you wish the prescription to be posted back to you a stamped addressed envelope will be required. Alternatively, if you have internet access, you can use our secure service (please refer to the Repeat Request tab above) or email to the following address -

Some local pharmacies also offer a prescription collection service from this practice (and will accept telephone requests if you are registered with their collection service). Details are available from reception.

Requests for repeat prescriptions are not accepted at weekends or public holidays and prescriptions are not available for collection at these times.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
Please allow two full working days for prescriptions to be processed and remember to take weekends and bank holidays into account.
